Are you sure you've read it correctly?Go to that website and try inputting the serial number insteadTo answer your other question 0 that machine would have had a hidden recovery partition on teh hard drive, but presumably its now trashed?Read the documentation which came with the machine - it will tell you how to recover the machine from that partition IF its still there.
